It is cheap - I spent about only $15 for it ($1 toolbox, $9 panel, $1 switch, $4 charger, almost dead UPS battery, wires and a car PSU were free).
So it provides both +12v and +5v. Charges overnight. Looks not bad at all and 100% fits all of my everyday needs powering 7" TFT HDMI display and a couple of action cams for 3+ hours. Check pictures below for details.
