My Camera Came without PC Camera functions

I have a camera whose model is xtrax selfie "https://www.xtrax.com.br/camera-de-acao-xtrax-selfie" I really need the camera's pc function, but this function has been disabled, I researched and found goprawn, but as my language is Portuguese and both English and translators are mediocre, I can't even update the firmware or activate the function, will you can you help me?

you can look in the Allwinner forums/threads https://www.goprawn.com/forum/allwinner-cams and find a compatible firmware. The Sensor, Sensor modules (drivers) and LCD all should be the same. But maybe any firmware using imx179s sensor and st7789v LCD will be okay. Follow this tutorial video, start at TIME 13:50 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QrTxFjIiHvc&t=830 and do NOT use ADB operations.

is there any way to activate the function because i tried 5 different firmwares none worked the ones that turn on the screen hang on the initial logo and stay upside down

vivitar camera driver in appearance is the same camera but the vivitar driver does not allow the camera to work

Yes, I believe that the fake 'imx179s_8.ko' sensor driver can be replaced, but I think more changes will be needed to make it work.

USB webcams / pc cams on ebay, aliexpress and other sites may be around $20 to $30 USD, and they should produce better video than a cheap Allwinner action camera. let me know if you want help to find it.

nutsey and other people would need to have that camera in hand but they don't have that camera. neither do i 😿

just changing the xtrax imx179s_8.ko to vivitar did not work even it hangs on the initial image after a few seconds restarts

I guess the sdv binary should be also changed or adjusted.

I also tried copying the whole sdv file but it didn't work, the same error occurred, maybe editing something inside it works but I don't know what to edit
