I just got this camera and it skips on Wifi and the card making videos. I have a #10 card. I have seen your video I am going to try to backup the firmware on it the way you showed and try to update it. This is the camera I have. Frisby eXtreme 4k WiFI.Is this the right camera that will update. Thanks.

Radiocom100 . post here a photo of your sd card. also test the card in a computer using a software tool, such as h2testw. https://www.filecroco.com/download-h2testw/ .

Other firmware may or may not resolve the wifi problem. Try a different wifi app. There are many wifi apps for Allwinner V3(s) cameras. "SportLook" and "GoAction" are good.

Yes this is all the files I used to back up and flash my camera. I put them on my google drive so I wouldn't lose them. I thought I would share them from my drive. If anybody needs them. Al so the only software that would let me see the 4k movies was on my windows 7 was open-source git hub. It works well for 4k. https://github.com/clsid2/mpc-hc/releases

Thank you. I found the problem with this camera. I am on windows 7, I loaded the mp4 videos on window 10 laptop and the video do great on my laptop. My desktop must not be powerful enough to do the .mp4 file. I can convert the mp4 file to .mov, .avi and they do great on my Windows 7 Desktop, but 1/2 the size.here is the card I use. I downloaded 4 apps and all have stopped and go hastate on the monitor. All I have is a Beneve android tablet - ver 8.

You could try different players like VLC or PotPlayer.

MPC-HC and MPC-BE players for Windows are great. I use them often. So, also try MPC-BE as some more techy features are available.
