    First, a string of A12's, and now begin a string of H22 clones!
    Ahem! Yi Technology's Yi 4k + , with the superior H2 SoC and perhaps the Gopro Hero 7, NOT the Sunco!

      Yes, Yi 4K +uses Ambarella H2 + Quad-core ARM Cortex A53 SoC but GoPro uses their own GP1 SoC for Hero 6 and 7.
      Most of the later action cams using Amba A7/A12 and iCatch originated from SUNCO. They do all the FCC Compliance testing then other sellers copy under license.

      FYI: Gopro Hero 7 's GP1 is made by a Japanese company new to the action cam chip bus. called Socionext! See http://gethypoxic.com to find a teardown of the Gopro Hero 7.

      Interesting, didn't know that, thanks. Go Pro's "G1" is actually a Socionext SC2000A chip and has a SONY IMX 277 sensor 12.35MP
