Macro pictures with action cam?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this in but I figure the lens and sensor are most likely to be the deciding factors on how well a cam performs for macro pics. I'm looking for a cheapish cam that has a decent DoF and a low min focus distance(~30cm). The purpose is to use it for fine soldering/rework. Anyone have any suggestions? Would appreciate it!

An IMX327 sensor based IP camera module (like this one) with a MicroSD slot board and a bright (f/1.0-1.2) lens would be the best in terms of price/quality ratio for your needs.
