Cheap usable action cam with image stabilization?

I'm not sure where to start looking, but I'm finding it difficult to sift through ebay to find action cams with image stabilization.
Anyone know of a cheap action cam $50 and under, which has image stabilization?

You can search for AIT/Mstar chipset based cams like LeadEdge LEx000 series. This hardware provides pretty nice video stabilization.
