I doubt that the camera uses a Novatek 966xx chipset. What video files does that camera create ... AVI or MP4 or MOV ?
I don't recommend to buy anything from Wish except maybe some simple toys or "nick-nacks".
Instead, buy from a legitimate sales site such as Gearbest, Bangood, Tomtop or Aliexpress.

Avi, i tried converting AVI to MP4 to see if the quality improves, and nothing lol

AVI+MJPEG is not a good sign. If it is a Novatek chip then it seems to be something very old like NT96220.

how do i know what chip this camera uses?
i mean in the version (i guess that is the firmware) says: TXW2.0lcd-9201_20190907
i mean, if it says 4k, i at least want a good quality i guess
      i really need help

The only way to find it out for sure is to disassemble it.

Unfortunately your cam seems to be not capable of shooting good quality videos.

AC chipsets are produced by JieLi: http://www.zh-jieli.com/product/

Fake Novatek-like menu also points the same direction.

The sensor resolution most likely is VGA, so it's not going to shoot any better...

zZen In order to reveal CMOS sensor model you can unscrew the lens holder and take a photo of sensor itself.

Oh, it's the tiniest sensor I've ever seen inside an action cam. According to your pic its diagonal is ~1/10 - 1/11" (2.5mm).

Look how comparatively large 1/4" (which is also quite small in size) the OV2732 is: https://www.goprawn.com/forum/lens-a...identification

basically my action camera can't afford better shoots, that sensor that you posted was really beauty and quite large
so, impossible that my action camera is gonna record in 4k lol, not even in 1080p fhd

Modern medium quality 1080 sensors are 1/2.7-1/3" in diagonal. Something like 15x bigger comparing to your teeny-tiny.

the prices widely vary from $20 up to $45 for the same crappy action camera. but hey when this Elephone REXSO Explorer X was in stock - https://www.geekbuying.com/item/Elep...PS-387887.html - i paid $26 USD and the camera worked fine, with wifi, lots of accessories were included and the most resolutions were alright, and 2.7k 30fps was most usable. The chipset was Allwinner V3 (maybe V3s) and I flashed some different firmware to the cam to see what would happen. Overall it worked alright. No complaints.

so if you're still looking for a budget camera, please consult some of us nerds here first to help you. here are some examples >

and be sure to buy not from 'wish' but from amazon, gearbest, banggood, geekbuying, tomtop, aliexpress, lazada, or a similar site that uses similar sales/marketing tactics. preferably not ebay though.

        cheers mate 🥂
