Git2 webcam streaming and recording

Hi all, I was wondering if the Git2 cam can record and take photos while being in "webcam mode"? And what are the resolutions supported for webcam mode?
Is there a USB API which can control the start stop recording?
Or is there another action camera which supports the two? (recording while webcam and usb control)

Hi.
1. No, Git2 can't do it. But you can record video or grab stills using the PC connection.
2. 320x240, 640x480, 1280x720 and 1920x1440. Compression can be selected from H264 or MJPEG.
3. I really doubt that.
