Best Action Camera for Ultra Low Light Environments

I need a small action camera with covers very dark environment in HD or 4K. I'm photographing many night shots and timelapses and want a camera that i can using for some making ofs.

what are the recomandations for this? (i do not need a second dslr or big camera, still looking on a small camera for point and shoot/record)

Check Sony RX0 and RX0 II cams.

Thank you nutsey. The RX0 and II have saidly a bad f aperture and not a good low light mode. do you have other suggestions ?
